Job summary

Pearson advances leadership in partnership management by guiding large-scale assessment programs from design through delivery. The Advanced Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet professional standards and client needs.

Based in a hybrid work arrangement, this role emphasizes program leadership, contract management, and quality control while supporting client success and revenue growth for Pearson’s assessment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience managing large-scale testing projects, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Experience managing and supporting project & program contracts.
• 3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Travel as needed up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Brings knowledge of large-scale assessment to design and implement tests and program activities.
• Manages components of large-scale assessments including development, administration and scoring.
• Oversees development of work plans and project schedules to meet deliverables.
• Provides quality control for products, processes and activities.
• Supports development and maintenance of client relationships and manages expectations.
