Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSP, fintech, bank, or crypto company.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception through close.
• Working knowledge of payments and trading ecosystem, including stablecoins, cross-border payments, card networks, payment rails, and digital wallets.
• Proven ability to communicate complex crypto concepts clearly to senior audiences.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks by researching high-potential prospects and developing tailored outreach and engagement strategies.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through negotiation and close, coordinating across legal, compliance, and technical workstreams while delivering against revenue targets.
• Lead partner conversations by translating Coinbase's stablecoin infrastructure capabilities into partner-specific value propositions for senior stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Specialty Sales to support smooth partner onboarding and integration.
• Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback with Product and leadership to inform Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap and positioning.
