Job summary

Public, the world’s first agentic brokerage, is seeking an entrepreneurial leader in business development to forge partnerships that bring on new customers and assets. You’ll own relationships from origination to deal execution, negotiating terms and structuring programs that scale revenue, while working directly with the Co-CEO to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

You’ll pursue opportunities beyond the existing roadmap, design affiliate and co-marketing deals, and manage partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or corporate development
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals that grow customers and assets
• Strong relationship builder with trust, energy, and collaboration
• Excellent negotiation skills and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities beyond roadmap to bring in new customers and assets
• Design deal structures across consumer channels and partnerships
• Negotiate terms and execute partnerships with leadership
• Manage post-launch partnerships and scale successful deals
• Be accountable for customer and asset growth from deals
