Job summary

Rogo is seeking a high-energy Advisory team member to manage major partnerships with the world’s leading financial firms. You will report to the founders and collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to align goals and deliver AI-driven solutions.

You will own partnership lifecycle, train client teams, and craft joint strategies that address explicit and implicit business needs while driving measurable outcomes in a rapidly scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management, ideally within a top-tier banking or private banking platform.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results

Responsibilities

• Building and executing strategies for working with enterprise partners: training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Handling the whole partnership life cycle, from getting started together to expanding and renewing collaborations.
• Acting as the voice of the customer – understanding business needs across the enterprises we partner with.
• Developing joint solutions with customers and clearly communicating Rogo’s benefits.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
• Tracking success: setting up KPIs and reports.
• Building strong relationships with partner organizations and meeting their needs.
• Help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for top financial firms.
