Rogo seeks a strategic Advisory leader to manage major partnerships with the world’s top financial firms, reporting to the founders and collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams.

You will own partnership strategy, lifecycle management, and the customer voice, driving multi-million dollar contracts and shaping Generative AI initiatives in a $1T+ industry. You thrive in a fast-paced startup and value ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a front office finance position such as corporate banking or commercial banking.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented.
• An action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including training teams and coordinating joint operations.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal of collaborations.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs across partner orgs.
• Leverage knowledge of financial services workflows to co-create solutions with customers and communicate Rogo's benefits.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
• Define and track success with KPIs and reporting.
