Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth by nurturing existing partnerships and evaluating new opportunities. You will bridge strategy and execution, aligning objectives with Product and Engineering, and leading cross-functional initiatives from due diligence to deal closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new partnership opportunities.
• Strong data and commercial acumen with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, or KPI design.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial deal terms, work with cross-functional teams to define technical scope, and negotiate partner contracts.
• New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to build data-driven business cases for or against new ventures and partnership opportunities.
