Unity is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in New York City to drive growth through scalable partnerships and strategic initiatives. You will manage key partners, structure deals, and validate new opportunities with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Ads.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and clear communication to align strategic objectives with Unity’s long-term goals. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new partnership and/or growth opportunities, or incubating and scaling new businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial terms and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope and contracts.
• New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Build data-driven business cases through financial analysis and due diligence.
