Unity is seeking a Senior Client Partner in San Francisco to lead strategic partnerships with top advertisers and publishers. You will shape growth plans, manage a portfolio of accounts, and work across Unity's ad tech stack to maximize revenue and performance.

You will collaborate with executives, drive data-driven growth opportunities, and present compelling stories backed by analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement in the SF office three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing, or mobile gaming.
• Direct work with advertisers, agencies, publishers, or clients.
• Track record of relationships with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for partners to grow advertising investments and monetization revenue.
• Own a quarterly revenue quota and build a strong pipeline to meet or exceed it.
• Manage a book of ~10–15 accounts, prioritizing time across them.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and pitch growth opportunities.
• Tell data-driven stories in QBRs and strategic plans to demonstrate Unity's value.
• Collaborate with Performance Management, Finance, and Product teams to solve issues quickly.
