Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale new business opportunities, nurture existing partnerships, and evaluate new collaborations across Games, Industry, and AI within the Unity ecosystem.

You will align strategy with Product and Engineering, structure deals, and drive cross‑functional execution to unlock growth. This role reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and is based in NYC or SF with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new partnership and/or growth opportunities, or incubating and scaling new businesses within a large organization.
• Strong data and commercial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial deal terms, define technical scope with cross-functional teams, and negotiate contracts.
• New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to build data-driven business cases for or against new ventures and partnership opportunities.
