Amazon Leo in Bellevue is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end partnership initiatives and drive customer growth.

You will establish processes, playbooks, and dashboards to support partner-driven acquisition and scalable operations. The role requires strong communication with senior executives, hands-on program management, and the ability to translate partner feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives or partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Economics, etc.).
• Experience building partner programs and deriving insights from data.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end channel launch and ongoing management for Consumer Partnerships.
• Operationalize sales channels by building processes, systems, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams to align partner and business goals.
• Prepare updates and memos for senior leadership with clear recommendations.
