Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields.
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience in developing and managing sales or channel programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day channel operations for Consumer Partnerships, serving as a primary point of contact with partner teams and senior customer contacts
• Support the operationalization of the sales channel by improving processes, systems, playbooks, and reporting to support partner-driven customer acquisition
• Drive day-to-day partner operations including performance tracking, escalation resolution, and continuous improvement of the partner experience
• Collaborate with partners to develop data-driven plans that set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned to customer growth and adoption targets
• Identify and mitigate immediate partnership risks, making trade-offs between time and return, escalating appropriately and clearing blockers to maintain progress
• Prepare clear and concise program updates, performance readouts, and status communications for management, translating partnership dynamics into actionable summaries
• Support Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews; measure and forecast attainment against goals utilizing dashboards and tools to derive well-vetted analysis
• Improve project and process efficiency by optimizing cross-team processes, refining playbooks, and contributing to mechanisms that improve team efficacy and delivery
• Collaborate with customers to develop data-driven, long-term plans that drive adoption of growth-generating products and a positive customer experience
• Provide recommendations to partners that drive return on investment (ROI)
