Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Partner Systems Analyst to own the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes for the partner systems stack, including Salesforce, PEM, and partner portals. You will translate stakeholder needs into concrete requirements, lead testing, and publish actionable release notes for every change.

You will be hands-on as a Salesforce admin to keep production health, draft requirements with Claude-based tooling, and identify recurring requests that can become automations.

Qualifications

• Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes.
• Clear written communication: release notes for non-technical users and well-maintained documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for new requests with partner managers, operations, and stakeholders to understand the problem and map the current process.
• Capture requirements for bugs, improvements, enhancements, and new builds via user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes with cross-team collaboration.
• Own UAT: write test plans, coordinate testers, log defects, and smoke test in production after each release.
• Write and publish release notes detailing changes, impacts, and required user actions.
