Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to shape Salesforce-driven GTM motions. You will partner with RevOps and Salesforce developers to translate strategic requirements into robust processes and data designs.

You will work across Opportunity Acceleration, Lead-to-Pipeline, Post-Sales, and Partnerships to ensure data quality and scalable solutions that enable accurate forecasting and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles with real ownership of work in a core funnel domain such as lead management, opportunity and pipeline, renewals and account management, or partner channel.
• Hands-on Salesforce skills with comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution (Flow, validation, assignment and routing, page and Path design).
• Credibility with GTM stakeholders in pipeline reviews, forecast calls, or planning sessions.
• Experience designing and rolling out a lifecycle, process model, or forecasting motion at a fast-growing company.
• Clear communication across GTM teams, leadership, RevOps, and engineers, adjusting for audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of your core funnel domain in Salesforce: lifecycle stages, process, exit and handoff criteria, key fields, and automation and guardrails.
• Partner with GTM leadership on motion design and data insight needs; decide what data unlocks insights.
• Systematize GTM team structure: ownership, routing, coverage, splits, and territory design.
• Operationalize methodology into fields, validation, scoring, and in-context guidance used by teams.
• Be data-model steward for your domain and related objects; approve new fields, automation, and integrations.
• Build declarative solutions where possible; write clear specs for developers to implement the rest.
• Own seams across lifecycle stages (lead to opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewal) for end-to-end coherence.
• Evaluate tooling to accelerate motion: routing, activity capture, sequencing, deal inspection, and account planning.
• Lead discovery, UAT, enablement, and adoption measurement for every shipment.
