Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Partner Systems Analyst to own how changes happen on the partner systems stack, including Salesforce, PEM, and partner portals. You will run discovery, capture requirements, lead UAT, and publish release notes for every bug fix, improvement, and new build.

You’ll be hands-on as a Salesforce admin to keep production healthy and spot automation opportunities. You’ll work with partner managers and engineers to ensure clear requirements, tests, and release docs, while

Qualifications

Experience leading discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems.
Strong Salesforce admin skills, declarative configuration, flows, and security model.
Ability to write clear requirements, test cases, and release notes.
Experience with partner systems and CRM integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand problems and map changes.
Capture requirements and acceptance criteria for bug fixes, improvements, and new builds.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery with GTM Systems and AI Ops Engineer.
Own UAT, sign-off, and smoke testing in production after releases.
Write and publish release notes in accessible language for partners.
Manage backlog prioritization and intake queue end-to-end.
Administer Salesforce for the partner org and monitor data integrations.
Document platform architecture, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
Identify automation candidates and partner with engineers to implement.
