Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Partner Systems Analyst to own how change happens across partner systems. You will lead discovery, capture requirements, and drive UAT and release notes for enhancements and bug fixes.

When needed you’ll perform Salesforce admin tasks to keep the platform healthy in production, and you’ll draft clear release notes for non-technical partners. You’ll work with the GTM Systems team and AI Operations Engineer to ensure seamless delivery of improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience running discovery sessions with business stakeholders and turning insights into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record guiding a build from requirements handover to release with cross-functional teams.
• Disciplined testing habits: planning and executing UAT with business users and sign-off prior to release.
• Clear written documentation and release notes that non-technical users can act on.
• Experience using Claude or similar LLM tools to improve requirements, testing, or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for partner requests and define the problem, map current processes, and size the change.
• Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, and new builds: user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the full delivery cycle with GTM Systems and AI Operations Engineer.
• Own UAT for every change: test plans, sign-off, and post-release smoke testing.
• Write and publish release notes describing changes and required user actions.
• Prioritize backlog with stakeholders, showing what comes next and why.
• Serve as the primary contact for bugs, enhancements, and system questions across platforms.
• Triage production incidents, assess impact, and route to owners as needed.
• Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
• Document integrations and data movement between Salesforce and PEM.
• Identify repeatable admin requests and partner with engineers to automate them.
