Qualifications

• 4+ years in an Implementation Manager role.
• Technical fluency with core SaaS/AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic).
• Ability to translate complex topics for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and ensure smooth collaboration with Service Delivery Partners.
• Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology, and delivery standards; uplift existing partners.
• Translate customer objectives into deployment plan items and drive AI-first service strategies.
