Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, leads in AI-driven customer experience through its Agentforce platform. We seek a Partner Services Manager to oversee partner-delivered implementations, align projects with customer goals, and drive adoption of Fin’s AI features.

You’ll certify partners, translate objectives into deployment plans, and collaborate across Sales, Support, and R&D to ensure exceptional outcomes. You will play a key role in scaling our services ecosystem, managing KPIs, and communicating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 4+ years in an Implementation Manager role.
• Technical fluency with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation).
• Ability to train and simplify complex topics.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and the drive to learn.
• Strong rapport-building and adaptability to changing processes.
• Demonstrates Fin values in interactions and delivery.
• Experience with AI agents/LLMs and SaaS product familiarity.
• Experience with partner-delivered services and project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and liaise with Services Delivery Partners.
• Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology and standards.
• Translate customer objectives into deployment plan items for AI-first service delivery.
• Drive product adoption of Fin's AI features through partner-enabled strategies.
• Work with Partners to exceed portfolio KPIs and manage escalation/risk communication.
• Improve efficiency of Services Delivery Partner operations.
• Collaborate with Deployment Services, Sales and Customer Success to optimize client experience.
• Coordinate with Support and R&D to resolve issues and provide feature feedback.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with each service partner.
