Job summary

Salesforce, in collaboration with Fin, is seeking a Partner Services Manager to oversee partner-delivered projects. You will ensure Fin’s AI tools are deployed effectively, certify partners, and translate customer objectives into deployment plans while driving adoption of AI features.

You will manage partner relationships, elevate project performance, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 4+ years in an Implementation Manager role.
• Technical fluency with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic).
• Experience training on SaaS products or Fin, and with AI Agents/LLMs.
• Past experience managing projects delivered by Consulting Firms.
• Background in Customer Success, Support, Sales Engineering, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to start and complete measurable projects.
• Familiarity with RESTful API Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and liaise with Services Delivery Partners.
• Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology, and delivery standards.
• Enable partners to discover complex customer objectives and translate them into deployment plans.
• Drive AI-first customer service strategies based on customer goals and adoption of AI features.
• Collaborate with Partners to exceed portfolio KPIs such as Partner CSAT and project KPIs.
• Own escalation and risk communication for at-risk projects; coordinate with Deployment Services and Sales leadership.
• Improve efficiency of Services Delivery Partner operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver optimal client experiences.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Customer Support and R&D for product feedback and defects.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with each service partner to track progress toward goals.
