Salesforce seeks a Partner Delivery Advisor to embed with our partner ecosystem, driving delivery excellence across Agentforce and Salesforce's top products. You will guide strategic implementations, assess risks, and partner with customer teams to ensure value realization.

In this role, you’ll lead AI strategy, champion responsible AI, and advocate for partners within Salesforce. You’ll manage multiple engagements, translate complex technical topics for executives, and help scale the Partner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management.
• Experience advising on AI or LLM-based technologies (Agentforce or similar).
• Working technical knowledge of Salesforce platform with ability to assess architecture and risk.
• Proven ability to mitigate delivery risk across complex enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Experience managing executive relationships in advisory/consulting.
• Experience in Professional Services or managed services in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple partner engagements in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory across pre-sale to delivery phases.
• Review partner and customer deliverables to assess progress and risks.
• Identify delivery risks and provide independent assessments.
• Lead account recovery efforts with Salesforce teams and escalations.
• Validate partner delivery approaches against milestones and quality standards.
• Identify staffing gaps and connect partners with resources.
• Lead strategic solutioning for Agentforce and AI deployments.
• Guide partners through Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping.
• Champion Responsible AI principles within partner implementations.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management.
