Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building the future of AI-driven customer experiences. As a Partner Services Manager, you will own partner-delivered services projects, certify partners, and translate complex customer objectives into deployment plans to drive value for Fin’s customers.

You will collaborate with Service Delivery Partners and internal teams to achieve KPIs, manage risks, and optimize partner operations in a hybrid, Salesforce-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 4+ years in an Implementation Manager role.
• Technical fluency in core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics).
• Ability to onboard and certify partners; communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong client engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Alignment with Fin values and hybrid collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and liaison with Services Delivery Partners.
• Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology, and delivery standards.
• Enable partners to translate customer objectives into deployment plan items.
