Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Delivery Advisor to support Global Consulting Partners with delivery excellence for Agentforce and Salesforce products. You’ll guide AI strategy, assess implementation health, and partner with executives to ensure successful deployments.

You’ll work across pre-sale to active delivery, driving risk mitigation and strategic alignment for partner-led engagements, with emphasis on responsible AI adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, advisory, program management, or account management — ideally with Salesforce or related enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience advising on or overseeing the delivery of AI or LLM-based technologies, including Agentforce or equivalent agentic AI platforms.
• Working technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform — including Core CRM, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risk across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation advisory at key points in pre-sale, pre-implementation, and active delivery phases across partner-led engagements.
• Conduct reviews of partner/cust deliverables to assess progress, surface risks, and give actionable recommendations.
• Identify delivery risks and provide objective assessments to help partners course-correct before issues escalate.
• Lead account recovery efforts with Salesforce teams to restore delivery health and protect outcomes.
• Guide strategy for Agentforce/AI deployments within partner-led engagements.
• Coordinate with Salesforce teams and partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
