Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring a Partner Services Manager to lead partner-delivered services for Fin’s AI tools. You will own the liaison with Service Delivery Partners and ensure successful deployment of Fin’s AI solutions for customers.

This role partners with Deployment Services, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize projects, manage escalations, and drive adoption of AI features across customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 4+ year(s) in an Implementation Manager role.
• Technical Fluency: comfortable with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic).
• Experience with AI Agents and / or Large Language Models.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Experience with RESTful API Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and liaison with Services Delivery Partners.
• Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on Fin's product, methodology, and delivery standards.
• Enable partners to translate customer objectives into deployment plan items.
• Drive AI-first customer service strategies and product adoption.
• Collaborate to exceed portfolio KPIs and manage escalation and risk.
• Improve efficiency of Services Delivery Partner operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Deployment Services teams.
