Job summary

Fin is hiring a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead large, complex customer deployments and guide customers to value quickly and at scale. You will manage project strategy, timelines, and delivery with a dedicated engineering team, owning hands-on configuration and security readiness across integrations.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy and feed field insights back into the roadmap, while applying AI tooling to accelerate discovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on technical capability with APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, acting as primary contact.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to align with customer goals and support model.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure the Fin platform hands-on—automation, workflows, analytics, data migrations, integrations, security.
