New Relic is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Partner Sales to lead the AMER business. This is not a management-from-afar role; we need a coach who will work in the trenches with the team and Account Executives to nurture, mature, and close new business through the channel.

You will build a team of hunters overlaying the AMER sales group, accelerating Partner Sourced ACR and launching revitalized MSP sales motions while leveraging regional services partners to ramp consumption.

Qualifikationen

• Must have deep experience leading channel sales efforts with VARs, GSIs and regional partners.
• Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams and drive partner-led growth.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across channel and direct sales orgs.

• Accelerate New Relic's partner sales with channel partners (VAR, GSI, regional specialists).
• Build and mentor a hunting team overlaying the AMER sales group; drive Partner Sourced ACR and MSP motions.

• Leverage Observability ecosystem networks to strengthen partner relationships and executive alignment.
