Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Partner Account Director to drive growth in the US advertising partner network. You will nurture relationships with SMB agencies and advertisers, lead deal origination, and craft consultative sales pitches to demonstrate Yelp’s ad products and partnership value.

Remote role within East/Central US time zones; candidates should possess a strong network, proven sales results, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of agency/partner sales or digital sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Extensive tech industry network across startups and established brands.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative relationships between Yelp, SMB agencies, and advertisers.
• Surpass sales targets by delivering partner-driven revenue quarterly.
• Lead partnership and deal origination across strategy, planning, and growth.
• Create compelling sales presentations showing Yelp ad product value.
• Represent Yelp at industry events and shape the partner program direction.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships to hit targets.
• Analyze agency structures and decision-making processes.
