Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience supporting third-party annuity distribution channels.
• Knowledge of financial services operations and electronic order entry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve systemic operational challenges that affect partner firms.
• Understand partner business models and communicate sales-processing requirements for product launches.
• Lead channel initiatives and develop business cases for internal changes where needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of partner initiatives affecting business, operations, technology, and clients.
• Coordinate the creation and tracking of distribution and administrative agreements, including SLAs and compensation schedules.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for partner firm requests.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to align partner strategies and execution.
