Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for lateral partner recruiting. The role includes coordinating interviews, due diligence, communications, and onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The position can be located in multiple offices (Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles Century City, New York or Washington DC) with KattenFlex hybrid options, combining on-site and remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting or coordinating activities at a large law firm.
• Experience supporting lateral attorney or partner recruiting initiatives is preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, including Flo Recruit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling and travel.
• Prepare interview materials, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and leadership.
• Maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and other databases.
• Support due diligence activities and background checks as needed.
