Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a full-service law firm with locations across the U.S., is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator. This role provides administrative support for lateral partner recruitment, coordinating interviews, communications, due diligence, and onboarding while maintaining confidentiality.

The position supports the Director of Partner Recruiting and requires strong organization, communication, and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience at a large law firm.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment including interview scheduling and travel.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, materials, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity in Flo Recruit and recruiting databases.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely movement through recruitment process.
• Maintain relationships with search consultants and agencies.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including background checks and conflicts reviews.
• Assist the Director of Partner Recruiting with ad hoc projects.
