Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partner GTM & Funding PM to lead end-to-end partner funding programs within the ASP. You will own the GTM strategy, coordinate with multiple internal teams and partners, and drive adoption of funding programs worldwide.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence leadership. You will help partners grow their AWS business while aligning with global priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of solving problems with technology in Telecommunications.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with analytical tools and deep-dive metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve scalable partner funding programs aligned with AWS field priorities.
• Collaborate with Program, Operations, Sales/Partner Sales, Partner Management and Specialist Organization to execute programs worldwide.
• Build assets and host sessions to drive program adoption and understanding across regions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of programs, monitor fund utilization, and report KPIs to senior management.
