Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Partners to act as the technical expert for partner-delivered implementations. You’ll enable partner teams on Bloomreach delivery methodology, consult on live implementations, and stay engaged after go-live to resolve technical challenges and build lasting capability.

You will run enablement workshops and advise on milestones to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery with strong leadership, organization, communication, and consulting skills.
• Detail oriented with strong technical problem solving and debugging skills.
• BS in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• Experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers (API, SFTP).
• Frontend coding experience (Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS) for web-based SaaS; Backend coding experience (Node.js, Python, SQL, BigQuery) is an asset.
• Experience with tag managers like Google Tag Manager and Tealium is a plus.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing automation or CDP platforms or search platforms is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners on delivery.
• Enable partner teams on Bloomreach delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Design and deliver technical enablement workshops from planning through facilitation.
• Partner with education and academy teams to build structured learning paths for partner practitioners.
• Develop materials, guides, and reference assets partners use during delivery.
• Consult on partner-led implementations with technical and business guidance.
• Meet with partners to review progress, unblock issues, and maintain momentum.
• Advise on project milestones and identify delivery risks early.
• Drive successful project outcomes for Bloomreach customers and partners.
• Serve as a technical resource for partners post go-live and sustain deployments.
• Design and improve processes that support partners through delivery and into ongoing operation.
• Be the technical expert across Bloomreach delivery methodology, tooling, and solution architecture.
• Engage product teams to relay partner needs and represent them internally.
