Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation of Bloomreach Marketing and Search platforms, ensuring customer success from day one. You will guide data integration efforts, solve technical challenges, and collaborate with internal and customer teams on best practices.

You will communicate requirements, lead web-technology integrations, and help build scalable marketing automation and personalization solutions, with a strong customer-oriented focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service delivery experience with leadership, organization and consulting skills.
• BS in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers (API, SFTP).
• Frontend coding experience (Javascript, HTML, CSS) required; backend coding (Node.js, Python, SQL, BigQuery) a plus.
• Experience with tag managers (Google Tag Manager, Tralium) is a plus.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing automation or CDP platforms or search platforms is strongly desirable.
• Familiarity with commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project requirements across a diverse customer team.
• Lead technical integration of Bloomreach products using web technologies (JS/HTML/CSS/SQL).
• Identify and address technical risks in web service integrations.
• Develop deep product understanding to meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrate features using Bloomreach dashboards for high-level overviews.
• Build marketing automation scenarios supporting customer use cases.
