Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Partners to enable partner teams on delivery, consult on live implementations, and sustain after go-live to ensure value realization. You'll run workshops, guide milestones, and communicate progress to leadership.

This hands-on, consultative role requires strong leadership, technical problem solving, and experience with data transfers and tag management. Remote-friendly with global hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service delivery with leadership and consulting skills.
• Detail oriented with strong technical problem solving and debugging skills.
• BS in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• Experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers (API, SFTP) is required.
• Familiarity with tag managers and omnichannel marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enable partner teams on Bloomreach delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Design and deliver technical enablement workshops from planning to facilitation.
• Consult on active partner implementations and review progress with stakeholders.
• Support partners post go-live and improve delivery processes.
• Develop deep expertise in Bloomreach delivery methodology and architecture.
