Job summary

Blackbaud seeks a Partner Enablement Manager to elevate partner success by developing, delivering, and evaluating enablement programs across programs and initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to educate partners about solutions and drive ecosystem growth.

You will translate partner outcomes into learning content, coordinate webinars and events, and manage go-to-market enablement activities both virtually and on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Partner Enablement experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Experience in a channel sales environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate partner outcomes into learning curricula.
• Proven skills in creating enablement content and trainings.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, coordinate, monitor and implement enablement activities for partners.
• Translate partner outcomes into learning curriculums and events.
• Create content and deliverables for enablement initiatives (training, templates, FAQs).
• Manage communications for webinars, events, newsletters, and partner meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for Go-To-Market initiatives (on-site and virtual).
• Collaborate with product, CS, and marketing to increase partner influenced revenue.
• Report progress on deliverables and manage KPI reporting.
