Job summary

Bloomreach Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead technical implementations of Bloomreach Marketing and Search platforms, ensuring customer success from day one. You will guide integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

You will drive data architecture discussions, supervise data mappings, and run technical calls. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in service delivery, strong problem-solving skills, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service delivery with leadership, organization, and consulting skills.
• Strong technical problem solving and debugging abilities.
• BS in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with data imports, transformations and transfers (API, SFTP).
• Experience with tag managers (Google Tag Manager, Tralium) is a plus.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing automation or CDP platforms or a search platform (Endeca, Solr, Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is desirable.
• Experience building marketing automation use cases and supporting email warmups.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project requirements with diverse customer roles.
• Consult on data architecture, mapping, and technical calls.
• Identify and troubleshoot risks in web service integrations.
• Develop deep product understanding to meet customer requirements.
• Use Bloomreach dashboards to demonstrate features and outcomes.
• Build marketing automation scenarios to support customer use cases.
• Assist Business Consultants with advanced marketing functionalities.
• Validate discovery, scope, and design decisions for integrations.
• Develop repeatable processes to improve project quality.
• Coordinate with Support to resolve account issues as needed.
