Sage is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that accelerate partner success and drive growth. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Services to build partner capabilities and measurable outcomes.

The position is hybrid, three days onsite at Sage offices in Atlanta and surrounding markets, with travel up to eight times per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Channel Management.
• Experience in SaaS or technology organizations.
• Experience in HCM or payroll industry preferred.
• Proven ability to run multiple enablement initiatives.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scalable partner enablement programs.
• Deliver coaching engagements to boost partner productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design role-based enablement.
• Lead multiple initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Measure impact against KPIs and business outcomes.
• Create engaging content and learning experiences.
• Facilitate enablement sessions for Partner Leaders.
• Identify capability gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Report progress and outcomes to leadership.
• Innovate with digital and instructor-led approaches.
