Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that accelerate partner success and drive Sage business growth. The role collaborates with Partner Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build capabilities, adoption of best practices, and measurable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role with onsite requirements in the Sage offices in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement or Channel Management within SaaS/tech.
• Strong project and program management abilities with multiple priorities.
• Proven coaching and facilitation skills to influence diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs to accelerate partner success.
• Deliver coaching engagements and initiatives to boost productivity and business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create role-based enablement content and resources.
• Manage multiple enablement initiatives aligned to business priorities and partner needs.
• Measure impact of programs against KPIs and drive data-informed improvements.
