Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world-class team and drive strategic alliances with top technology partners. You will shape GTM programs, guide joint go-to-market efforts, and translate complex customer problems into simple, high-impact data solutions.

In this role, you will present technical roadmaps to executives, collaborate across internal teams and partners, and influence product direction while traveling domestically and internationally as

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building, leading, and mentoring solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Strong alliance experience with SI/ISVs and CSPs to build joint offerings and co-sell programs.
• Technical fluency with Kubernetes and common languages (Java/.NET/Python) and SQL.
• Four-year degree from an accredited university; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class team of Partner Solutions Engineers and drive strategic partner relationships.
• Drive alliance strategy, co‑engineering, and joint GTM initiatives with major partners.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, winning data solutions and prove value through labs and POCs.
• Present roadmaps, technical vision, and business outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
