Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Partner Manager to own and accelerate AWS adoption in Public Sector, building relationships with key partners and leading initiatives that drive cloud strategy with SI partners.

You will head a US team of Partner Development Managers, collaborate with AWS sales and services teams, navigate government contracting and certifications, and help steer opportunities from plan to close.

Formación

• 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of direct sales and/or partner management experience leading teams across multiple markets.
• 3+ years of outsourcing or managed services, consulting, cloud migration activities, or hosted and managed services in the technology industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Partner Managers across multiple global markets.
• This role requires domestic travel.
• Understand and navigate Public Sector contracting vehicles and procedures.
• Understand the technical considerations and certifications specific to the Public Sector.
• Execute the strategic sales & business development plan while working with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the solutions architecture team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
• Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to assigned targets.
