Job summary

EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive for the HR Executive Board in a remote-capable role. You will drive new business with corporate partners, map challenges to EAB’s Talent Solutions, and close engagements with emphasis on Fortune 500 clients.

As a growth-focused sales leader, you’ll build relationships, conduct presentations, and manage a pipeline to meet revenue targets while collaborating with product and delivery teams. Travel domestically 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in business development.
• Experience representing complex products/services to external partners in a consultative capacity.
• Ability to negotiate and strong persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 6-8+ years of professional experience in corporate sales, delivering client presentations, sales or account management, and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory; acquire new partners.
• Build relationships with leaders to discuss strategic challenges and opportunities; present best practice solutions.
• Conduct live presentations and technical demonstrations to educate stakeholders on value of EAB’s talent solutions.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a managed sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive revenue within an assigned portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors.
• Provide insights from visits to inform future initiatives and product development.
