Job summary

EAB, a leading education and workforce insights company, seeks a Partner Development Representative to initiate relationships with prospective partners and optimize team interactions. You will identify executives who may benefit from EAB products and schedule meetings for PDEs to advance those relationships in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess at least three of the following: sales, customer service, team environment, office setting, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales meetings for PDEs to meet with prospective partners and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Leverage Salesforce and external sources to identify qualified executives and organizations.
• Communicate with current and prospective partners via cold calling, email and social media.
• Create and execute strategic outreach plans to support new business acquisition goals.
• Maintain and update prospect records in Salesforce.
