You will partner with business partners and hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies, own the process from kickoff to offer, and drive a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers through complex searches.
• Experience using structured, job-related criteria to evaluate candidates consistently and equitably.
• Ability to work and collaborate on a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, schedule, interview, and negotiate offers to close candidates.
• Develop a critical eye for candidates by understanding needs of different business lines and profiles; conduct comprehensive interviews.
• Market the firm to candidates, driving interest in EAB with a compelling presentation of opportunities.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite hiring.
• Deliver compelling and equitable offer proposals and address candidate questions.
• Analyze market and recruiting data to inform strategy and pivot as needed.
• Partner with fellow recruiters to share pipelines and meet hiring goals.
• Serve as a consultative talent partner translating business needs into recruiting strategies.
• Build structured, fair selection processes for sound decision making.
• Adapt across lines and priorities while maintaining strong candidate experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements and evolving tech/tools.
• Participate in special projects like campaigns and sourcing strategies.
