LAZ Parking is seeking a General Manager to oversee financials and operations for multiple locations in the Nashville area. The role requires leadership of operations and facilities managers, development of budgets, and implementation of strategic plans aligned with client contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in a management role.
• Experience in municipal parking is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Assist the region with business development, proposals, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve annual goals while upholding LAZ Parking's culture.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location for assigned portfolios.
• Develop strategic plans and direction for portfolios.
• Build client relationships and drive business retention.
• Oversee operations managers and facilities managers; ensure safety and service standards.
