Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in management role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Produce and analyze KPIs, reports, and compliance data as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements between LAZ Parking and clients.
• Identify improvements and implement data-driven solutions to drive the business.
• Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans based on data and ops knowledge.
• Manage staff: scheduling, payroll, coaching, and development.
• Serve as main point of contact for executive assistants for senior departments.
• Implement and complete projects and initiatives based on operational needs.
• Support Customer Care and Field Operations with policy knowledge and issue resolution.
• Create and review Monthly Operating Reports with senior staff.
