Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead daily pricing support, analytics, and P&L forecasting for Ryder clients and finance teams. You will supervise analysts, develop pricing tools, and participate in client-facing solution design to drive revenue and profitability.

You will train analysts, support business development, and contribute to pricing strategy while coordinating with the Group Director of Parcel and Finance on budgets and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, Required
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field, Preferred
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Required

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support: Oversee pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making.
• Employee development and supervision: Plan staffing, hiring, training and performance appraisals.
• Develops tools for pricing strategy and analytics: Oversee pricing models and roadmap.
• Client-facing Parcel Solution Design & Presentation: Support client needs and business development in selling process.
• P&L Forecasting: Assist in budgets and forecasts for revenues and margins.
• Reporting: Develop and support client-facing and internal dashboards.
• Annual Price Increase Process: Support the GRI process and related analyses.
