Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for Parcel Insights & Pricing to drive daily pricing support, build analytics tools, and lead a team of analysts. You will collaborate with business development, finance, and parcel operations to price new business and reprice current accounts.

The role is remote with a strong emphasis on client-facing strategy and dashboard reporting, including P&L forecasting and pricing roadmaps. MBA/finance background preferred; pricing experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, Required.
Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field, Preferred.
4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required.
Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Required.
Python Advanced, Preferred.
Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses, Required.
Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets, Required.
Knowledge of Logistics Preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily pricing support and analytics for new and existing customers to aid decision-making.
Develops and mentors analysts; plans staffing, training, and performance reviews.
Develops pricing analytics tools and pricing strategy roadmaps.
Supports client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
Assists in budgeting and continual P&L forecasting for parcel revenues and margins.
Develops and supports client-facing automated reporting dashboards.
