Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing. This role provides daily pricing support to business development, Ryder clients, finance, and parcel operations, and leads pricing strategy for new and existing business.

You will develop pricing models and analytics dashboards, forecast P&L, train analysts, and support the annual price increase process, while presenting solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in pricing experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO.
• Python Advanced, preferred.
• Technical proficiency in strategic analyses.
• Proficiency with PC spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making.
• Develop and supervise analysts; plan staffing and performance reviews.
• Develop pricing analytics tools and models; contribute to analytics roadmap.
• Support client-facing parcel solution design and business development.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts for revenues and margins.
• Create and maintain client and internal reporting dashboards.
• Support the annual price increase process with analyses.
