Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Parcel Insights & Pricing to oversee pricing for new and existing customers, support business development, and provide analytical insight across finance and parcel operations.

The role includes training and supervising analysts, developing pricing tools, and presenting solutions to clients. It is remote with a focus on pricing strategy and P&L forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is required.
• Master's Degree (MBA/Finance) preferred.
• 4+ years pricing experience is required.
• Knowledge of Excel and DOMO is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support for new and existing customers with analytical backing.
• Supervise and develop analysts, plan staffing and training.
• Develop pricing strategy tools and analytics models.
• Support client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting of revenues and margins.
• Develop and maintain automated client and internal reporting dashboards.
