Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead pricing analytics, forecasts, and reporting for new and existing business.

The role collaborates with business development, finance, and parcel operations to drive decision support and client solutions. You will develop pricing models, train analysts, oversee pricing initiatives, and participate in annual price change processes, while maintaining cross-functional alignment and delivering actionable insights to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field.
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field.
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO.
• Python Advanced, Preferred.
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses.
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Logistics Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support for new and existing customers; provide analytical support to leadership and teams.
• Employee development and supervision of analysts; planning staffing and training.
• Develops tools for pricing strategy and analytics models; participate in roadmap discussions.
• Client-facing parcel solution design & presentation; respond to client needs and support business development.
• P&L forecasting; budgets and continual forecasts for client revenues and margins.
• Reporting; development and maintenance of client and internal dashboards.
• Annual price increase process support and backend tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
