Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead daily pricing for new and existing clients, train analysts, and support finance and parcel operations with P&L forecasting.

The role blends client-facing support with internal analytics, pricing strategy development, and dashboard reporting. You will oversee pricing for a portfolio of customers, develop pricing tools, and contribute to budget planning, with regular interaction with business development and operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
Master's degree (MBA/Finance) preferred.
4+ years pricing experience required.
Strong Excel and data tooling knowledge (DOMO).
Python advanced preferred; strategic analytics proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Daily pricing support for new and existing customers; analytical support for decision-making.
Manage staffing planning, training, and performance appraisals for analysts.
Develop pricing strategy tools and analytics models; contribute to roadmap.
Support client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
Assist in budgets and continual forecasts of revenues and margins.
Develop and maintain client-facing and internal reporting dashboards.
Support annual price increase process and back-end tasks.
