Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Parcel Insights & Pricing. The role involves daily pricing support for new and existing customers, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining forecasting models.

You will supervise analysts, train staff, and collaborate with Finance and Parcel Operations to support business decisions. The position is remote in the United States with a focus on pricing analytics, dashboard reporting, and pricing strategy development to drive revenue and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, Required
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field, Preferred
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Required
• Python Advanced, Preferred
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses, Required
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets, Required
• Knowledge of Logistics Preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support: Oversee pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making.
• Employee development and supervision: Plan staffing, hiring, training and performance appraisals.
• Develops tools for pricing strategy and tactics: Lead pricing/analytics model development and roadmap discussions.
• Client-facing Parcel Solution Design & Presentation: Support client-facing initiatives and business development.
• P&L Forecasting: Assist budgets and forecasts for client revenues and margins.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain client-facing and internal dashboards.
• Annual Price Increase Process: Support back-end tasks and analyses for GRI.
